My girl friend and I now live in the master room. The other room has the similar space as the master room does and has a full independent bathroom. Two rooms are separated by a big living room and a kitchen. This apartment is on the third floor(Top) with a good scene. We share utility fees, usually $70/month at most. We prefer non smoking and non excessive drinking roommates. Both female and male are ok, but we prefer female. We always keep apartment neat and clean and we hope our future roommate do the same.
